I want to help you create a space that's yours to explore. Somewhere to think out loud, to understand yourself better, to work through something hard, or to talk about your life with someone who shows up as themselves, fully present and genuinely invested in you! Your guide through all of it.
There's no wrong reason to show up.
People come to me for all kinds of reasons. A rough patch. A transition. Anxiety that won't quit. A relationship ending. Feeling stuck without knowing why. Or honestly, just wanting support even when things are mostly fine.
My style is collaborative and relational. I'm less interested in diagnosing what's "wrong" with you and more curious about how you make sense of the world. The patterns, the habits, the ways you've learned to function, and the resources already within them.
Awareness itself has a way of opening things up.
My training is rooted in Gestalt therapy and somatic work, both of which shape how I show up in the room.
You can expect honesty, some humor, and a calm presence.
